Sky Cadeaux et Fleurs strives to provide the best customer service. By using our website, you accept the terms and condition to use your information in accordance with the policy. IF you use our services we will collect the name, address and phone number used for delivery services and your email address which is used if any problems occur. This may also be used to advertise our promotions and special offers. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your consent. All data is protected with security measures. We will not share your information with any third party for marketing purpose without your consent.

Sky Cadeaux et Fleurs reserves the right to reject any order provided to us that we deem questionable or possibly fraudulent. If we determine that fraudulent information is provided we will send an email or phone call to the sender and inform them of the situation.

Should any customer place an order With Sky Cadeaux et Fleurs and need to cancel the order, the cancellation must be made prior the delivery of the order ( 15% cancellation fee is applicable, as service charge). If the cancellation is received after the order is delivered, unfortunately no refund can be issued. Additional fees may be added if the customer provides an incorrect address. We are not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the delivery. No refund will be given if any question of the quality of the arrangement is not given within 24 hours. No arrangement will be identical to the website.

Sky Cadeaux et Fleurs will always treat each order like it’s our own. We will always try our very best to fulfill every order as close to the image as possible. However if the vases, flowers, plants or other items in the picture used as reference for the order are unavailable, we will substitute the missing element with something similar.

In the case of an event:

The client agrees to reserve a date of the event with a 25% non-refundable retainer for all events. Events are reserved on a first come first served basis. Final payment in full is due and must be paid no later than 30 days prior to event. All payments are non-refundable. The client is encouraged to talk about any changes via email or contact our designer directly. Changes requested within 30 days cannot be guaranteed.
