Pierre & Sandra’s Wedding – A Celebration for the Ages

Choosing flowers for a wedding is always quite a difficult task, but the experts at Sky Fleurs are always up for the challenge! Pierre & Sandra had a wonderful wedding in the Montreal Old Port in August 2022.

The lovely couple wanted a vintage and classic ambiance, which would match the feeling of a Montreal Old Port Wedding. The bride’s bouquet married classic roses in cream, taupe and white with rustic cool-toned greenery. Baby’s Breath surrounded the bouquet to give it an airy, cloud-like appearance. The final product was a wonderful compliment to the beautiful bride and her delicate romantic dress. The single rose boutonniere adorning the groom’s lapel was a perfect nod to the bridal flowers, creating a sense unity between the loving couple.

For the wedding reception, we continued with the vintage and classic look and made beautiful flower bouquets in mason jars. These jars were decorated with a lace and burlap trimming, giving it a rustic and romantic look. Six of those jars, filled with white hydrangeas, cream and pink roses, baby’s breath and hanging eucalyptus, were placed along the guest tables. The couple of the hour was seated at the head of the table, behind a beautiful rectangular flower arrangement of the same style. The result was eye-catching and elegant, perfectly matching the couple’s energy.
